Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor :

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for multifamily properties
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are up to code
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff

Essential job functions of Maintenace Supervisor :

• 5 years of experience in real estate multifamily maintenance
• HVAC certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
